  • Canada & USA: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
  • Europe: For selected countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Spain), we offer a flat-rate shipping fee. For other European destinations, please contact us at info@heritagerugs.ca to discuss shipping options and costs. We are happy to negotiate shipping rates if you reach out via email.
  • International Shipping: We can ship to most locations worldwide. For shipping inquiries to countries outside of our listed European destinations, please contact us at info@heritagerugs.ca for detailed information and rates.

Please note that all shipping taxes, customs duties, or any other charges incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. While we strive to provide guidance and advice on these matters, Heritage Rugs is not liable for any additional fees. Shipping Times

We aim to deliver your unique Persian rug as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • In-Stock Items: Typically available for dispatch within 7-14 business days, depending on the specific item and its location. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor its journey.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the item’s location and your shipping address. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return Requests: You can return items you have ordered from us for any reason, provided you notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery (starting the day after delivery) for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition. All return costs will be borne by the buyer. Returns outside of Canada will be at the buyer’s cost and risk and must be marked as a returned item to avoid additional charges and delays.   • Condition of Items: Returned rugs must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Custom Items: Please note that returns are not possible for items that have been specifically selected or found for you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
